Absolutely. We only source 100% authentic watches from authorized dealers. For our Concept collections, we use original timepieces as a canvas for our hand-painted and customized designs.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made or personalized pieces may be subject to different terms.
Do IFL Watches come with a warranty?
Every watch purchased through us comes with a comprehensive warranty. We provide a 2-year IFL Watches warranty on our customized movements and artwork, in addition to any remaining manufacturer warranty.
How should I care for my hand-painted watch dial?
Our hand-painted dials are sealed with high-quality protective layers. However, we recommend avoiding extreme temperatures and direct impact to preserve the artistic detail for a lifetime.
